Terms of delivery and payment

All customers (registration is voluntary) may place orders on books and other publications at Teos internet bookshop. General terms of delivery and payment will be applied to all orders you place at Teos internet bookshop. You will accept the terms of delivery and payment as you finish your order. Teos internet bookshop has right to check customers credit data and has right to not confirm and deliver customer order.


Personal data and customer registration

Customer registration is free of charge and voluntary. In registration customer fills his/hers contact information and chooses customer ID and password. After registration and signing in, you will place an order more easily as your contact information will be shown automatically on a new order. You will be able to follow up your order history from your own data.

To place an order requires not registration. Personal data may be transferred to other Parties only accordingly Finnish laws. You will find more information on Privacy policy.



Private persons

To place an order requires customer name, street address, telephone number and email address. Minors under 18 years must also tell name and address for his/hers supervisor. This information must be written to field named Notifications.


To place an order requires company name, contact person, delivery address, billing address, business ID, telephone number and email address.

Customer accepts those terms of trade order, delivery and payment which are applied at the moment when customer places an order. As confirming an order makes customer a binding trade contract with us.



All Item prices include VAT.

Delivery costs will be shown on order before you confirm your order.



Confirmed customer order will be dispatched next working day. Delivery time in Finland is approximately four (4) working days and is only referential. We reserve us right to deliver order in several shipments. You are entitled to withdraw your order at any point. In case your order has already been dispatched, you may return the goods free of charge. Retailers and wholesalers have no right to return.

In case an order will be dispatched in several shipments, there will be no extra charges for the customer.


Delivery fees

Delivery fee is dependable on number of copies on order.

In Finland: for one copy 3,90 euro, 2-4 copies 6,90 euro, 5-9 copies 9,90 euro, 10-19 copies 14,90 euro and 20 copies or more 19,90 euro.

Other countries: one copy 9,90 euro, 2-4 copies 19,90 euro, 5-9 copies 39,90 euro, 10-19 copies 49,90 euro and 20 copies or more 59,90 euro.


Shipping & Handling

After you have selected the items you would like to purchase, accepted terms/conditions and completed payment, the products will be shipped to you. Products will be shipped with Itella to the address stated as your delivery address.

Handling/shipping costs will be added on base of total count of items ordered.


Terms of payment

At Teos internet bookshop you can pay with all major credit cards and Finnish net banking. We reserve us the right to check your financial information at each your order.



If you are not satisfied with the article(s) you have purchased, you can return the article(s) within 14 days upon the date of you have signed the shipment as received, provided that the products are not used or damaged. All returns from Finland are free of charge, returns from other countries must be made at senders cost.

Products must be returned in good condition and with their original package. All returns must be made as Itella customer return. We will not refund the price of the purchased item if the product is retuned without original package. If the product is faulty, please return it immediately in the condition it was when you received it.

Please attach the return a copy of trade bill / notice of shipment, your contact information and bank account number. All cost for unacceptable returns and returns on used items will be charged the customer.

Retails and wholesalers have no right for returns.


Faulty items

Customer must let the seller know about faulty items on reasonably time period accordingly the act of customer protection. In case you are uncertain how to proceed, please contact our customer service before returning the faulty items. You find our contact information on Contact information. Faulty items will be replaced with new items without any extra costs for the customer. If this is not possible, will we return your money after your have sent faulty items as a customer return to us.


Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays that have been caused by force majeure. We are not responsible for non direct inconveniences caused by delayed delivery or faulty items.


Change of terms

Teos internet bookshop has right to change internet bookshop and terms of this agreement when ever by sending an e-mail or a letter to the customer or by telling the changes on internet bookshop. All changes stand on immediately. To each order will be applied those terms shown on internet bookshop when ordering.


Governing law

The laws of Finland will govern this Agreement. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Helsinki City Court. Private person has right to take the dispute
